Shipping & Orders

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We’re a small company and we appreciate your patience as we carefully pack your orders.  All orders placed will be shipped out within 1 to 3 business days.  

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

All shipments within the United States are sent by UPS or USPS.

Shipping Options:

• Free shipping on all orders over $200 (*Exceptions Apply - US Only)
• $8.95 - Standard Ground - Delivered within 5-8 Business Days 
• $25    - Three Day Priority Mail
• $45    - Next Day - Delivered the Next Business Day for all orders placed by 12pm CST
• We do ship to Canada for a $45 flat rate

Check Your Order Status

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on the way. If you still have questions, you can check the status of your order by contacting us at hello@shoprustandco.com and we will respond within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

Credit Cards

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 6.5% will only be charged on applicable items shipped within South Dakota. No tax will be charged to orders shipped outside of South Dakota.

International Orders

We are not responsible for any customs handling fees, duties, or any additional taxes on your order.

• Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping
• International duties or custom charges
• Lost, damaged, stolen or marked delivered items.  To file a claim please contact the carrier directly.
