Returns Policy

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

We will accept returns for full price apparel and footwear merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit.  Returns must be 

unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and accompanied by a packing slip.  Returned package must be post marked

within 14 days of the date shipment is received.  All online returns will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.  To process a return please follow the link below.

Please note original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

 

  • ALL ITEMS WITH A $.99 ENDING ARE FINAL SALE
  • Undergarments, jewelry, non-apparel items, holiday themed merchandise, and clearance items are final sale. 

     
  • You may exchange your item if the new item is in-stock at the time the return is received. Otherwise, your returned item will be refunded.  To process an exchange please follow the link below.
  • International orders are finals sale.
  • In-store returns follow the same policy as online, but must be initiated within 7 days for a refund or within 14 days for store credit.
