This is a temporary return policy during our move. Once our move is complete, RUST & Co. will return to our normal return policy.
Full-price apparel and footwear purchased before September 11, 2026 may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, have all original tags attached, and be accompanied by the packing slip. Return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: Items ending in $.99, undergarments, jewelry, non-apparel items, holiday merchandise, and clearance items are final sale. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. International orders are final sale.
