Return Policy

We will accept *apparel and footwear merchandise returns within 7 days of purchase for a refund or within 14 days for store credit.  All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and all tags must be attached.  All returns must be accompanied with the purchase receipt to receive a full refund or store credit.  (*excludes undergarments and final sale items)

Non-apparel items are final sale.

ON-LINE RETURNS:

We will accept returns for merchandise purchased online.  All merchandise returns must follow the above return policy.  Merchandise purchased online may be returned in-store with a valid shipping invoice within 7 days from the date you received your shipment for a refund or 14 days for store credit.  Please note original shipping cost will NOT be refunded. 

Items returned via mail, must be postmarked within 7 days for a refund or 14 days of receipt of shipment for store credit.  Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.  All on-line returns will be processed within 2-3 business days.  Items returned that do not follow the return policy will not be processed.  Customers will be notified that the items cannot be returned and they will have the option to have these items shipped back to them at their expense (within 5 days) or donated to charity.

We suggest insuring your packages and purchasing tracking services for your protection as we cannot accept liability.  Only merchandise received by our team can be credited.
